Select the Name radio button (default).
Optional: If you want to use Soundex, select the Use Soundex checkbox as described in Searching Tips.
Type in the required information. Last and First Name fields are required. The Middle Name field is optional.
Optional: To include inactive and satisfied judgments in your search results, select the checkbox for Include Inactive and Satisfied Judgments.
Click Search or press Enter.
Select the Business radio button.

In the Business Name field, type the entire business name or use the wildcard search as described in Searching Tips.
Optional: To include inactive and satisfied judgments in your search results, select the checkbox for Include Inactive and Satisfied Judgments.
Click Search or press Enter.
